FAQs

How do I pay for my dumpster rental ?

We just need you to text us your First Name, Last Name and delivery address and we will send you an invoice which you can pay upon receipt or when the dumpster arrives at your location. We accept Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Can you deliver a dumpster today?

Short answer? Most likely. Call to confirm but typically, we're proud to offer same-day delivery. In fact, we strive to carry extra inventory in the event you need to get a dumpster in 24 hours or less.

How much waste can I put in the dumpster?

Our 15 Yard Dumpster Rental comes with 2 tons but we can legally haul up to 6 tons of waste.

What size dumpster do I need?

Dumpsters are measured in cubic yards, which means measuring the length, width and height of the container and multiplying the three numbers together. Our 15 yard dumpsters are 16 foot long, 8 foot wide and 4 foot tall. Of course the size you'll need depends on the project and amount of waste. For small remodeling projects, like a bathroom, you'll probably be fine renting a single 15 yard dumpster. For larger remodeling projects like kitchens and bedrooms, you'll probably want two dumpsters or just 1 with an extra dump. Sometimes, weight and density of the waste will dictate what dumpster size you'll need. If you're undergoing a roofing project weight becomes more of an issue than space.

Do I have to be present for delivery and pickup?

No, you do not need to be present for delivery or pickup. We will take down your placement instructions when you order and instruct the driver to drop it off in your chosen spot. If you will not be on site upon delivery invoice must be paid before arrival. On delivery and pickup day, just make sure the area where you want the dumpster placed is clear and not blocked by cars or anything else that may prevent us from accessing the spot. Please also be sure the dumpster is loaded properly, with nothing sticking up over the top or hanging over the sides.

If I'm comparing multiple dumpster rental companies, what questions should I be asking?

  • How much does it cost to rent a dumpster?

  • What size of dumpster do I need?

  • How long is the rental period?

  • What items can I put in the bin?

  • Will my driveway be protected?

  • What is the charge if I go over the allotted disposal weight?

If a dumpster rental company can't answer these simple questions, it's better to look elsewhere.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster?

You’ll only need to acquire a dumpster permit if you intend to have your container dropped off on a street or other public property.
